Mentorship

Program Overview

This semester-long (4-month) program will pair established local artists and art professionals within our community with local emerging artists and art professionals. Within this semester-long program, mentors and mentees will build a significant bond that will benefit them both as artists and humans. Throughout the program, both the mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to interact with other pairs, attend lectures from community art leaders and professionals, and of course create art.

Purpose and Mission

The purpose and mission of our mentorship program is to connect professional local artists and art professionals with emerging local artists and art professionals in order to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships that will foster new art in our community and assist underrepresented individuals as they begin their careers.
